Absolute Home Inspection, LLC conducts professional, comprehensive home inspections for single and multi-family homes, condominiums and townhouses in Central Connecticut.

As all home inspectors are required to meet State of Connecticut standards, Absolute Home Inspection, LLC take it another step forward and exceeds State of Connecticut standards.  Before the inspection begins you will be handed the State of Connecticut, Department of Consumer Protection Regulations, Concerning Home Inspectors.  I continually update my education on a yearly basis.  I am also a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and the Connecticut Association of Home Inspectors (CAHI).

My goal is to educate and inform my clients.  Accompanying me during the inspection process is highly recommended.  You are encouraged to ask questions during the inspection and I will explain what I am looking for and communicate to you what is found.

Please feel free to contact me at any time with any questions you may have about the home inspection process.  If you are shopping around for an inspector and have questions, call and I will be happy to assist.  If you hire me and have questions before, during and after the inspection I will be happy to answer your questions.

The majority of my business comes from word-of-mouth.  Therefore, every time I go out to do an inspection I do it my best.  The best way to find a home inspector is to ask around, don't simply call every home inspector in the book and ask for pricing.  Remember the old saying "you get what you pay for". When calling inspection companies for quotes you will find variations in pricing.  This variation is due to the use of different report systems, the inspector's experience, and the inspector's own efforts.  You should inquire about the report, how much time is spent on-site for the inspection, how and when the report is presented to you and if the inspector offers to review the report with you.

I use a 35 page report and spend approximately 3 hours on-site for an average size home inspection.  My report is presented in an indexed binder and I offer to meet with my clients once the report is complete to review the report in detail.  I only book one inspection per day so I am not in a rush to move on to the next job.  If your inspection needs more time to complete I will spend as much time as necessary to inspect it thoroughly.  I believe I provide the type of inspection you deserve considering you are making one of the most expensive purchases of your life.  When deciding on who to hire look at the big picture.  Don't skimp on the inspection, instead have a thorough job done.
